SHIPPING POLICY

All successfully paid order will be processed and shipped (to the provided shipping address) within 1-4 working days. In case of any other issue with the order, one of our team member will contact customer through phone or email. Tracking numbers will be updated against order in website and an email with the details will be send to provided email ID. Customers can also contact us on +91-9496-909-316 / 0481-4066790 (Monday-Saturday 10.30AM-5PM) Or mail us @ customercare.prettyplums@gmail.com to get additional information. We will not be responsible for delivery issue arising due to incorrect/incomplete address/phone number etc. Shipping address can’t be modified once the order is manifested/picked up by courier partner. In case of orders returning due to incorrect information provided in shipping address, we might reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting shipping charges.

For orders which has payment gateway issues or delay in payment confirmation from Bank, there is a possibility of order getting auto cancelled. , there might be delay in shipment, since the team has to check with the payment gateway provider to confirm payment.

We reserve the rights to cancel order due to non-serviceability of pin code, incorrect pricing or product, unavailability of product(s), incorrect or ambiguous address/phone number etc. In case of paid orders, refund will be issued in such cases.

We reserve the rights to cancel/deny Cash on delivery orders and there will not be any refund since no payment was accepted from the consignee.

We reserve the right to deny/cancel an order if the customer had placed orders before and cancelled or returned order without any valid reason.

 DELIVERY

Once the order is shipped, 5-10 working days is the usual time expected for all delivery within India. We ship orders through courier vendors like Delhivery/India Post etc. At times there will be delay due to unexpected issues like shipment getting misrouted, natural calamity, delivery center operational issues. In all such kind of events we will follow up with courier team and try to get the product delivered at the earliest. Kindly provide us time to sort out the issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be cancelled before it is shipped/manifested with courier partner. Once order is manifested/picked up by courier it can not be modified/cancelled for any reason. For orders cancelled after shipping, minimum of Rs.250/- will be charged as shipping loss.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We don’t have return available for any of the products sold through our website prettyplums.com or through our social media channels. How ever there can be exceptions for items shipped incorrectly, products with manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping. Our decision on return/refund claim will be considered as final. 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for products bought by mistake or products having sizing issues or didn’t like fabric/material/product or fit of product, products mentioned as Non-refundable. Please make sure you check the size charts/contact our support to clarify any doubts regarding the product before placing an order.

Return not available for products mentioned as Non-returnable, cloth diapers, diapers, bedding, wrappers, blankets, swaddle, new born essentials, used or washed products, products without original packing, labels or tags. Only if the product is damaged which includes manufacturing defects like stitching issue, missing products etc, a return or refund will be considered.

If eligible for a return, in case of a misplacement or damage goods received, the invoice received or order number is mandatory while returning the products.   

To start a return, you can report issue through our website  Report issue. If your return is accepted, our customer care team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without reporting issue and confirming with our customer support will not be accepted for any reason. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after we receive the product(s).

DAMAGE & ISSUE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide proof of damage like photo of received parcel and product. While reporting any issue, please make sure to include order number and billing details you had provided. Please report issue through our website link – Report issue

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 working days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund too. 

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE

Free Replacement/Exchange is possible only for orders that have any manufacturing defects(stitching issue, damaged product parts, or other manufacturing defects). In case of product with manufacturing defect and a replacement is not available or on certain circumstances we might process a refund of the product price as per the bill or an equivalent coupon will be issued. 

No exchange possible due to size mismatch. Kindly clarify measurement of product before placing an order.

For all other cases we charge a minimum of Rs.200 as two way shipping charge. For large or bulk shipments, it can be higher due to higher charges from shipping company. Request you to clarify doubts like size/measurement before placing order.

 Any issue reported after 24 hours of receiving the order or without proper proof will not be accepted. Issues reported after using the product or washing or mishandling are also not considered for refund or return.

Payment Issues / Payment failure

For payments which did not complete successfully, but amount was debited from payees bank account, usually customers bank/UPI service provider / Payment gateway will credit the amount back to customers account within 3-4 working days as per RBI rules. Customer can contact us at 0481-4066790 / +91-9496-903-916 and report the issue if amount is not credited back to account after 3-4 days. We will raise a compliant with the respective payment gateway partner too.
